Ira- Andrew “Andy” D. Sheloski Sr.

Andrew “Andy” D. Sheloski Sr., 41, of Ira, passed away peacefully on Friday January 2, 2026 at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center with his family by his side, from injuries he sustained from an accident on December 18, 2025.

He was born July 19, 1984 in Rutland, VT the son of Theodore and Dixie (Springer) Sheloski.

Andy enjoyed hunting, fishing and loved riding his Harley Davidson Motorcycle taking a few trips to Sturgis and around the Northeast. Andy was a fun loving, adventurous guy always telling us jokes and had a huge heart.

Survivors are his son Andrew D. Sheloski JR., who he loved immensely, his Parents Ted and Dixie Sheloski, of Ira, his Grandfather, Doug Springer, of Rutland, his brother T.J. Sheloski, of Ira, his niece Emmalynn Sheloski, of Granville, NY, Also by aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents Theodore and Theresa Sheloski Sr and by his maternal grandmother Saundra Springer

Andy had a special place in his heart for St. Jude’s Children Hospital and our Veterans in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital at 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105 or to Soldier Solutions, please make checks payable to TADSAW please let them know that it is in memory of Andy. The family would like to thank Regional Ambulance, Rutland Regional Medical Center Emergency Department, DART and Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center for the superior care Andy received.
