Archie R. Corey RUTLAND — Archie R. Corey, 84, of Rutland died November 3, 2023 at Rutland Regional Medical Center. He was born in Wallingford, June 25, 1939 the son of Archie and Sylvia (Ploof) Corey. He enjoyed hunting, camping, fishing, his family & friends. Archie served with the Vermont National Guard. Surviving are two sons, Kenneth Corey and his wife Ruth of Rutland and Kevin Corey and his wife Debbie of Rutland, a daughter Kimberly Pelkey and husband Brian of Melbourne, FL, a sister Lucille Corey of Bennington; three grandchildren, Elizabeth Pelkey, Christipher Pelkey and Jonathan Corey and two grandchildren. He was pre-deceased by his wife Wonita (Start) Corey. There are no services planned at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Clifford Funeral Home in Rutland.
