Bettina A. Hadley

Rutland- Bettina A. Hadley (Tina), 79, of Rutland passed away peacefully on November 22,2023 at Rutland Regional Medical Center.

She was born in Middletown Springs on June 3rd 1944, the daughter of Ralph and Elizabeth (Traverse) Frasier.

On July 8th 1961 she married Lyle Hadley Jr.

Survivors include a brother Arnold Frasier and wife Helen. Her children: Susan. Ralph and his wife Tina, grandchildren Danielle and Amanda, great grandchildren Robin and Aria. Carol and her partner Darren. Daniel.
Christina and her husband Jon, grandchildren Johnna, Gavin and Logan. Bill and his wife Shiela, grandchildren Seth, Casey and Noah, great grandchild Douglas. Along with numerous nieces nephews, and other beloved family members.

Our loving mother played many roles, from food service to healthcare. Above all she loved her family and friends. Always present and dedicated.

She enjoyed playing Bingo and going to the Casino whenever she was able.

She was predeceased by her husband Lyle, three brothers Lawrence, Howard and Alan Frasier, and a sister Marlene Razanouski to which she had an unbreakable bond. The family would like to thank the Rutland Heart Center (specifically Dr. Robertello).

A graveside service will be held at 11am Wednesday November 29, 2023 in East Clarendon Cemetery.
