Christopher M. Black

WEST RUTLAND- Christopher M. Black, 42, of West Rutland, VT, died on November 20, 2024.

Christopher was born on July 28, 1982 in Rutland, VT, the son of on Donald and Cheryl (Patterson) Black.

He graduated from Mill River High School. Chris owned CNC Motorsports.

Survivors include his mother Cheryl (Mike Wheeler) Black of Rutland, VT; father Donald (Kathleen) Black of Clarendon, VT; sons Levi Black and Jaxon Black;

brother Donald Black of Norwich, VT; step-sister Amanda Cain of Rutland, VT; longtime partner Valerie Pietrodangelo; his beloved dog Prince; and several loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and many loving friends.

He was predeceased by both sets of grandparents and a cousin.

The memorial service has been changed from St. Peter’s Church in Rutland due to unforeseen circumstances and will be held at 11:00am on December 7, 2024 at St. Bridget's Church in West Rutland, VT. A celebration of Life will follow at the Rutland Moose Lodge.
