Clifford R. Jones, Jr.

Clifford R. Jones, 66, of Rutland died unexpectedly Saturday June 23, 2016 at Lake Bomoseen.
He was born in Rutland, June 17, 1950 the son of Clifford R. and Ella (Peterson) Jones Sr.
He worked for many years as a plumber for Bernie McGee.
Mr. Jones enjoyed fishing and boating.
Survivors include his wife Patricia (McLaren) Taylor-Jones; sons Earl Richard Taylor, Jr. and John Paul Jones both of Rutland; daughters Lisa Marie Wright of Hubbardton, Melissa Ella Jones-Martel of Whitehall, NY, Jenny Lynn Hewitt of Fair Haven, and Carrie Lynn Taylor of Rutland; sisters Minnie Holmquist of North Chittenden, Joy McGinnis of West Rutland, Patti Fales of West Rutland, Shelia Reynolds of North Clarendon, and Linda Poutry of Pepperill, MA, ten grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by brothers Robert L. Jones Sr. and Donald W. Jones, sisters Shirley L. English and Tina M. Wood.
A funeral service will be held at 2pm on Friday July 29 in Christ the King Church.
Visiting hours will be held from 3 to 6pm on Thursday July 28 in Clifford Funeral Home in Rutland.
