Diane Marie Trapeni

IRA                        Diane Marie (Dorshimer) Trapeni, 57, of Ira, died on July 8, 2024, in her home surrounded by her family, after a long battle with cancer.

Diane was born on August 5, 1966, in Pen Argyl, PA, the daughter of Ernest and Marie (Hughes) Dorshimer. She was co-owner, with her husband, of DT Plumbing Supply.

Survivors include her husband, David Trapeni, Mother Marie Dorshimer, son Gary Nasca, Jr. of Henryville, PA, daughter Christine Nasca of Rutland, sister Tammy Lynn (Charles) Fessler of Pittsburgh, PA, and brothers Robert (Shirl) Dorshimer, and Terry Dorshimer, many grandchildren, one great grandchild, and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her father Ernest Dorshimer and her brother Joseph Dorshimer.

A Requiem Mass/Memorial Service will be held on July 21, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. at: Holy Name Community Catholic Chapel in Rutland (www.HolyNameChapel.com). A burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Rutland, at a date yet to be determined.
