Dolores Mangan

Dolores “Low” Mangan, 82, of Rutland passed away Monday September 2, 2024 at The Meadows at East Mountain.

She was born in Rutland August 30, 1942 the daughter of Francis and Mary (Connor) Small.

Low was employed as Religious Education Coordinator at Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish.

Surviving are her son, Scott Mangan and his wife Michelle of Rutland, a daughter Cherie Fox and her husband Danny of Indianapolis, IN, four grandchildren, Liam Mangan, Emma Mangan, Tyler Fox and Madison Gerhart and wife Lexi, a brother David Small and his wife Kay.

Low was pre-deceased by her husband, William in 2012 and by an infant daughter Raphaella.
