Doreena A. Frappier, 74, a former Center Rutland, VT resident, died Jan. 28, 2021 at her daughter’s home in Prattsburgh, NY.
Born on Aug. 3, 1946 in Millinocket, ME, she was the daughter of Harold and Stella C. (King) Bishop.
Surviving are a daughter, Rhonda Clark of Prattsburgh, NY; 3 sons, Richard Miner, Coy Miner and Charles Miner.
She was predeceased by her husband, Charles Frappier in 1995.
A mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 am Friday Feb. 5, 2021 in St. Peter’s Church in Rutland, VT.
Burial will be held at a later date in Calvary Cemetery in Rutland.
Arrangements are by the Clifford Funeral Home.
