Edith L. Sullivan

MOUNT HOLLY — Edith Sullivan (Hewitt) — May 8th, 1958 - December 9th, 2024. Edith lost her long battle with cancer in the early morning hours at the Rutland Regional Medical Center surrounded by her loved ones. She leaves behind a husband of 21 years, Richard Peter Sullivan, three sons, a step son, 14 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She also leaves behind a large extended family. She dedicated her life to helping people in need in her personal life and her professional life. She worked for the state of Vermont for over 2 decades, finishing her career as District Director for the Springfield Department of Economic Services. Services will be held at Clifford's Funeral Home 2 Washington St. Rutland, VT on Tuesday December 17th, 2024 from 2 pm to 4 pm
