Francis J. Mainolfi

UTLAND          Francis J. Mainolfi, 75, died on February 28, 2024, in his home surrounded by family.

He was born on November 28, 1948, the son of Mario and Mary (Dzuba) Mainolfi.

Francis was a member of St. Peters church.

Francis served in the US Army.

He was the owner and operator of Mainolfi's Bakery for over 40 years.

Survivors include his son Jason Mainolfi of Rutland; daughters Sandra Mainolfi of Rutland and Lynn (Sylvain) Pomerleau of North Clarendon; former wife Rosalind Loso; Grandchildren Douglas Brown, Morgan Longe, Meredith Brown, Monique Pomerleau, and Kayla Pomerleau; Great-grandchildren Madelin Longe, Jolene Dudek; several nieces and nephews; and Gran-dog ‘Missy’;

He was predeceased by both parents; brother James Mainolfi in 2015; sisters Frances Wharton in 2021 and Anne Bruso in 2009.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday May 11, 2024, from 1:00pm-4:00pm at The Italian Aid Society in Center Rutland.
