Jeffrey T. Foley

Jeffrey T Foley, 56 passed away peacefully at his home on February 11th 2024. Born April 7, 1967, in Elizebeth N.J.  Jeffrey made his way to Vermont in the early 80's living in Shrewsbury , Danby ,Bennington, then landing in Rutland where he has lived the past 18 years. He leaves behind his mother Linda Foley-Barton, step-father David Barton, sister Jessica Luca, brother D. Michael Barton. Proceeded by his wife Devi A (Colvin) Foley in which they had three amazing children Kala Foley, Sheena Foley and Andrew (Colvin) Foley. Nephews Kristopher Luca , Blake Rogers, Jarrod & Justin Hodgin, mother-in-law Cele Colvin, sister-in-law Trudy (Colvin) Hodgin.Uncle Bruce Foley. Grandchildren Gabreil Stickney, Hunter Foley, Onyx Foley, Landon& Mia, Jareth Osgood, Maynard & Ripley Osgood, and great-grandaughter Layla Foley. Best friend Michelle Pauquette, and many loving caregivers. JT cherished all his family and spending time with them . He was a shoulder to lean on and a keeper of all secrets. He was a movie man extraordinaire and master of all mullet rock bands but most of all proud of his family, he fought so hard to stay with us as long as he could. JT will be laid to rest Saturday May 11th , 2024, at 11 am next to his wife in Danby cemetery, cards and flowers can be sent to Clifford Funeral Home Rutland Vt.
