John J. Newton

John J. Newton, 57, died September 26, 2021 in Rutland.

He was born in Niagara Falls, NY, October 16, 1963, the son of Millard and Virginia (Morano) Newton.

Mr. Newton enjoyed cooking and target shooting.

He was a member of St. Peter’s Church.

Surviving are his wife, Tracy (Crowe) Newton of Rutland; a son, Bryan Newton of Rutland; 3 daughters, Nikki Crowe of Rutland, Kasie Newton of Poultney and Lindsey Newton of Rutland; 3 brothers, Robert Newton of Evansville, IN, Stephen Newton of Rutland and Christopher Newton of Pensacola, FL; 3 sisters, Mamie Keith of Pittsford, Teresa Perry of Harrisburg, PA and Mary Zimmer of Evansville, IN; 4 grandchildren.

He was predeceased by his parents and brother, Kent Newton.

A celebration of life will be held in the Italian American Club at 1 PM, on Saturday October 2, 2021.
