Lana C. Skovira

RUTLAND    Lana C. Skovira, 49, of Rutland, died on July 12, 2024 at Rutland Regional Medical Center. Lana was born October 6, 1974 in Rutland, the daughter of George P. and Linda (Collis) Skovira. She worked as a bar manager at the VFW in Rutland. She went to Proctor High School and Becker J. College where she earned an associate’s degree in animal care. She loved her cats, Hampton Beach getaways, and going to yard sales with Mary Beth.

Survivors include her father George P. Skovira; brother Paul Skovira of Yarmoth; and step-mother Charlene Eddy Eaton.

She was predeceased by her mother Linda (Collis) Skovira.

A special thank you to the nurses and doctors who took care of Lana at Rutland Region Medical Center.

A celebration of life will be held on July 27, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. in the VFW in Rutland, VT.
