Margaret Poploski, 87, of West Rutland died September 3, 2016 at Rutland Regional Medical Center.
She was born in West Rutland September 24, 1928 the daughter of Ernest and Hazel (Sassiville) Moody, Sr.
Margaret was married to Stanley “Poppy” Poploski who died in 2001.
She was a member of St. Stanislaus Kostka Church.
Surviving are a brother Ernest Moody of West Rutland, a daughter-in-law Anna Holler of West Rutland, a brother-in-law Henry Poplaski of West Rutland, two grandchildren Christopher Poploski and his wife Amber, and Michael Poploski and companion Kimberly of West Rutland, two great grandchildren, Ethan and Eric Poploski.
She was pre-deceased by her husband Stanley, a son, Stanley Poploski, Jr. in 1984, two brothers, Willard Moody and Herbert Moody and by a sister Alice Courcelle.
Visiting hours will be held Thursday (today) from 4:00 to 6:00pm at Mullin-Clifford Funeral Home in West Rutland.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 11:00am at St. Stanislaus Kostka Church in West Rutland.
Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery in Rutland.
