Mary Eleanor Dougherty

RUTLAND   Mary Eleanor Dougherty, 77, of Rutland died on Sunday November 19, 2023, at Rutland Healthcare and Rehab. She was born on October 30, 1946, in Rutland, the daughter of Charles E. Dougherty and Clara (Gentile) Dougherty.

Mary was a member of St. Peters Church.

She is survived by her brothers James Doughtery of Phoenix, AZ and Daniel (Jane) Dougherty of Fair Haven, sister Rita Kennerson of Pheonix, AZ, and several nieces and nephews.

She is predeceased by her father in 1959, and mother in 2008, and brother John Doughtery in 1995.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 28, 2023, in Clifford Funeral Home.

A funeral mass will be held at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, November 28, 2023, in St. Peters Church.

Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetry.

Arrangements were made under the direction of Clifford Funeral Home.
