Robert J. Hodge

Rob or "Hodgie" as he was known to his friends, died unexpectedly June 26, 2022 in
Rutland.

He was born in Newburgh, NY on February 14, 1954, son of Andrew and
Mary (Tomlins) Hodge.

He grew up in Cornwall-on-Hudson and received a BA in Business from St
Bonaventure University.

He was a certified Pedorthist and professional Ski Boot fitter.Rob worked at Northern Ski Works in Ludlow in the winter and performed house calls
for his orthotic business year-round.

He is survived by his loving wife, Janet Hodge, of N Clarendon; his daughter, Melissa
Goody (Sean) of Arvada, CO; his son, Jacob Weber-Hodge (Desiree) and his two
adorable grandsons, Grayson and Ravi. His children were the light of his life and he
was so proud of them. He is also survived by his older brother Rick Hodge of Park
City, Utah and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents and
oldest brother, Andy.

There will be no services. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

The family requests, in lieu of flowers, donations be sent in Rob's name to Regional Ambulance
Service, 275 Stratton Rd, Rutland, VT 05701 who provided exemplary care and
service to Rob over the past several years.
