Robert L. Weeks

Rutland- Robert (Bob) Weeks passed away on March 23,2025 at the age of 74 with his wife Marcia by his side.

Bob was born in Rutland, VT to the late Lyle and Mary Weeks.

In August of 1971 Bob married Marcia Jolley. They were married for over 53yrs.

Bob was a graduate of Rutland High School. In his early career he worked for the Town of Mendon Highway Department, and went on to work with the Vermont State Agency of Transportation until he retired at age 52 in 2001 after 32yrs.

Bob was also a member of the U.S. Armed Forces, he enlisted in the Air Guard and in the U.S. Air Force Reserve for 6yrs before being Honorably discharged as Tech. Sergeant.

Bob is survived by his wife Marcia Weeks, his beloved brother in-law Edward Jolley and wife Michele DelHaye, sister in-law Betty LaCroix, a nephew, a niece, a great niece and a great great nephew.

He was predeceased by his grandparents Chauncy + Rita Weeks, his in-laws Rose + Everett Jolley, sister in-law Kathy + Donald Rose, and brother in-law Robert LaCroix.

There will be no services and the burial will be private. Special thanks to Bayada Hospice of Rutland for the care of Robert.
