Sharon Irene Yakunovich

RUTLAND - Sharon Yakunovich, 86 , of Rutland passed away peacefully at home on Sunday March 2,2025.  Sharon was predeceased by her parents Joseph and Evelyn (Gagnon) Sayers. And her loving husband Thomas Yakunovich Sr., her sister Valerie and brother Joseph.

Sharon is survived by sons Thomas (Patty), Todd (Dorrie), 4 grandchildren Jennifer, Tyler, Lylly and Ricky 3 great-grandchildren Alana, Mila and Carter. Also 3 sisters Joan, Pam and Lisa along with many nieces and nephews.

She graduated from Watertown Ny high school. Sharon spent most of her adult career working as a bookkeeper at local businesses.

Donations may be made to Newstory Center.

There will be no services a burial will be held in the spring.
