Shirley A. Woods

RUTLAND     Shirley A. Woods passed away unexpectantly in her home on May 4, 2024.

She was the daughter of Fred E. and Catherine (Lancour) Woods.

Shirley loved the outdoors and in her younger years spent countless hours maintaining the 1+ acres of land where she lived with her mother and father.

Shirley was predeceased by her father Fred E. Woods and mother Catherine Woods; sister Mary Kemp; several nephews, Mark Freddie, Henry Miles, Jimmy Derry, Chester Lonczak; and great nephews Matthew and Jaxon Lawrence.

She is survived by her sisters Sharon (Edward) Gould, Jackie (James) Derry, Joni (Chester) Lonczak; numerous nieces and nephews; and many friends at the Parker House where she resided with special thanks to her very special friend Beverly.

A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 am Monday, May 13, 2024 in Christ the King Church. A burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. There will be no calling hours. Arrangements were made under the direction of Clifford Funeral Home.
