Terry Ronald McLaren “Red” died August 6th, 2016 unexpectedly at home.

He was born January 29, 1963 in Brattleboro, son of John D. McLaren Sr. and Barbara Ruth (Garrow) McLaren.

Surviving are his wife Cynthia McGuire of Proctor; 2 step daughters, Daniele Cioffi and Chrystal Cioffi, both of Rutland; 2 step grand children; 5 brothers, James McLaren and Paul McLaren both of West Rutland, Harland McLaren of Lake Park, FL, his twin brother Jerry “Sam/Monk” McLaren, and Jay McLaren both of Rutland, VT; 4 sisters, Patricia Jones and Pauline Morris of Rutland, Joyce Humphrey of Shrewsbury, VT, and Mary Bell of Bellows Falls; nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents; a sister, Judy Hawkins; a brother, John D. McLaren Jr.

Calling hours will be held from 3 to 6 pm Thursday August 11, 2016 in the Clifford Funeral Home.

Burial will be held at the convenience of the family at a later date.
