Therese “Terri” M. (Adams) Baker, 63, passed away peacefully at Albany Medical Center Sunday November 19, 2023 with her two sons by her side.
She was born on November 16, 1961, in Rutland, VT, the daughter of Donald M. and Jeanne M. (McNeil) Adams.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 30, 2024, at 11:00am in St. Alphonsus Church in Pittsford, VT. A burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery in Rutland, VT.
Arrangements are under the direction of Clifford Funeral Home.
