IRA -Thomas F. Tyminski, 24, of Ira, passed away unexpectedly Saturday morning, March 18, 2017, at his home.
He was born in Rutland March 8, 1993, the son of Robert and Christine (Snecinski) Tyminski.
Tom had attended Mill River Union High School and Stafford Technical Center where he developed a love and career in diesel mechanics, and had graduated in 2011.
Tom had a strong passion for music and enjoyed spending time with friends and family hunting, fishing, four-wheeling, snowmobiling, mudding and playing Tonka Trucks with his eldest nephew, Trevor.
He had many friends who knew him better as "Tuna," a high school nickname he could never quite kick. He will be remembered for his big heart, fast smile and quick wit.
He had been predeceased by his beloved father, Robert, on March 16, 2016.
Surviving are his mother, Christine, of Ira; his brother, Timothy Tyminski and partner Chelsie Crossman and their two sons, Trevor and Calvin Tyminski, of West Rutland; as well as many cousins, aunts and uncles.
Visiting hours will be held Saturday, March 25, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at Clifford Funeral Home in Rutland, followed by his funeral service at 12 p.m. at St. Bridget's Church in West Rutland. Officiating will be Rev. Romanus Igweonu, pastor.
Burial at St. Bridget's Cemetery will be at the convenience of the family.
