Tisa Villiers Farrow
July 22, 1951 - January 10, 2024

RUTLAND Tisa V. Farrow passed away unexpectedly, but peacefully, in her home on January 10th, 2024, at the age of 72. She was born on July 22, 1951, in Los Angeles, CA, to John Farrow and Maureen O'Sullivan. She was the youngest of seven children.

Tisa spent her earlier years as an actress, and traveling around the world. Out of the many beautiful places she'd been.. Vermont was where she made a life for herself.

She put herself through nursing school, and graduated at the top of her class, from Castleton State College. She devoted 25 years of her life to being a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room, at Rutland Regional Medical Center. She showed up every day with a smile, and kept everyone laughing. She worked extremely hard, but never complained. She truly loved being a nurse.

Tisa lost her son, Sgt. 1st Class Jason F. Dene, in Iraq, in 2008. She still was incredibly loved by her daughter & best friend, Bridget, son-in-law, Jeffery, her grandson, Kylor. She was also deeply loved by her sisters, Mia, Prudence, Steffi, and brother, Johnny. She will also be missed by her other grandchildren, Katie, Kelly, and Brendan, as well as many nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by her brothers, Michael and Patrick Farrow.

Tisa truly was an amazing woman. She was the best mother and "Titi" the world will ever know. She was incredibly intelligent, and known for her sharp, witty, and sometimes twisted, sense of humor. She never complained; and even on the worst of days, she smiled and pushed through. She touched so many lives along the way. Tisa was loved by all, and will forever be in our hearts. She was the best of us.

There will be no services at this time. Arrangements were made under the care of Clifford Funeral Home.
